TEKS EXPOSITION LDKS SMAN 3 BANDUNG

 Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) is a basic training on everything related to leadership. At sman 3 Bandung, the students who participated in the activity were all the 10th grade students of the 2023/2024 study year which was held at PUSDIKAJEN, Lembang, Kab. Bandung, West Java. The purpose of this activity is to form the personality of students to become leaders with character, democracy, responsibility, creative and innovative. The study also aims to see and develop formation leadership spirit, organizational ability, courage of students

However, it does not mean that Sman 3 Bandung students do not have a leadership spirit so they are required to take LDKS, but there are must be given examples directly to students, how to take the education of the Army to go to school, and end up becoming leaders. So the goal of implementing this LDKS is realized.

Students are taught many things at PUSDIKAJEN, especially materials for soldiers. Among them are leadership materials, the United Nations, globalization, anti-drug, organizational management, industry 5.0, and teamwork building. There are also many activities that develop a disciplined attitude for students that have never been done before, such as waking up at dawn where the sun has not been seen at all, then doing gymnastics when the air is still cold, and also marching with discipline and compactness to carry out worship together.

In that education, the students' mentality is very tested, there are also activities that involve physical strength, and there are games that expect students to work together with their teams to achieve common goals.

This makes students understand that they must be able to radiate an influence to their group and make people want to do what they want. This means that in LDKS students can develop an organization according to their rights and obligations to be successful in accordance with the expected goals.

Susi Susanti

 I really like badminton , so Susi Susanti is my favorite idol in my sport hobby. Actually, there are many other badminton athletes who are my idols, but I chose Susi Susanti as the topic to be discussed because she is one of the most famous Indonesian female athletes in the world. And also Susi Susanti comes from Tasikmalaya, just like me. She is my inspiration to pursue my dream of becoming a badminton athlete too. Initially, when I was in 5th grade, I thought about stopping practice badminton. Because many of my friends are better than me, but when the film Susi Susanti was released, I was inspired again to practice until I finally to be a champion at badminton match. Susi Susanti is the only female athlete to win a gold medal from Indonesia in 1992-1994. She was nicknamed the badminton ballerina , because she was the only Indonesian female athlete who played beautifully, was agile, fast and full of energy at her time.
